Hello there, I came into the acting world full time early in 2006, it has been a very busy time building a credible CV /Track record from scratch , acquiring both Spotlight and Equity membership in the first
12 months....
I am a worthy contender 4 a Character role for Stage , Television or Screen.
A Mikhail Gorbachev,Marlon Brando ,Oliver Hardy,Sir Winston Churchill and a Alfred Hitchcock Lookalike.
An awesome Voiceover Artist, a good mature Presenter.I had some fun with singing lessons (but dont hold your breath).A mature large Model for promotional work / character shoots..maybe even a High and Mighty Supermodel ! ( I wish!?).
A John Goodman/John Candy/Fatty Arbuckle Comic Character 4U !!??
I dabbled with a few modest TV roles and some voiceover recordings with Bernard Shaw in the early nawties .
( Having recently returned from living in Spain.....)
.......... and at the golden age of 50 , saw acting as a completely new challenge and , with no formal training , jumped "onboard".
February 2006.....landed a lead role from the start, quickly followed by 2 more!!..shortlised for 4 features by June 2006.....seemed unstoppable...2007.again 4 near-misses with Feature roles but landed 5 of varying magnitude..
anyway , here we are 2008 with modest parts in Features about 2 hit the market!.
I have worked abroad and have "shot" in several parts of the UK.
I am also available for Charity projects.
I was in Civvy Street for most of my life, entrepreneurial/SME Start-ups a speciality!! ....a free spirit..ex accountant...ex-salesman...ex-landlord....Impressario..Business Angel/Entrepreneur/Venture Capitalist...( with a heart)
and now over 50 ....
....some say perfect background 4 an actor.....well time will tell.
I have some new reels coming 2 my sites very shortly 2 complete the final marketing drive 4 this year.
Soon Newgate will be premiered and talk of a sequel as well.
4 now based Pattaya Thailand with relocation to Tanzania , heavily pencilled 4 2009.
