Hi Julie,
I am a part time actor however the rest of the time I am an independant Mortgage Broker who specialises in actors and people in the media industry!
For actors etc the biggest problem is your fluctuating income therefore making it difficult to get a mortgage on the high street…
Being truly independant I have access to over 100 lenders and over 6000 mortgages usually we can find mortgages to fit..
Traditionally brokers charge huge fees, the best thing is my services and advice are free… I get paid by lenders for submitting mortgages to them so I feel it is unfair to charge you as well.
I am based in Birmingham and also work out of london as well (when im there acting)..give us a shout and ill do my best to help you..
…..and as i dont charge you for the privilige you have nothing to lose!!!!

The last time I got a mortgage I had a full time permanent job. As a self employed artist I expect that I’ll need to work a little harder at finding the right mortgage for me. Does anyone know of a good mortgage broker/consultant? Many thanks in advance for any recommendations.
