Luke has been a wheelchair-user since a road traffic accident in 1990. Having worked in the City for several years, he started an international property venture. At the same time Luke was first cast as a disabled actor in a series of TV commercials. These led to a number of TV acting credits, culminating in his current role as CAD Dean McVerry in The Bill.
