U2 documentary rocks Toronto Film Festival

Thousands of film-makers, distributers, seller, buyers and fans flooded Toronto on Thursday to attend the biggest film festival in North America.
Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) opened with the U2 documentary, From The Sky Down, from Oscar-winning directory Davis Guggenheim. The screening, which was held in Roy Thomson Hall, attracted a multitude of screaming fans who had come to catch a glimpses and obtain autographs from the very obliging U2 Singer Bono and guitarist the Edge marching down the red carpet.
“From The Sky Down” is the first documentary to ever open the TIFF. It explores the recording of the U2’s a1991 album Achtung Baby.
More superstars such as George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Madonna are expected to adorn the festival red carpet in the next 8 days.
