It is not enough just to have your web page on the Internet. We

promote your page is to join mailing-lists and newsgroups then
introduce yourself and your web page. That way, people on these
groups will know where to find you when they need you in the future.
Search Engines: This is by far the most important promotion
tool available. It is important because search engines are the primary
tools used by everyone to find pages on the Internet.
UKscreen personal pages are optimised and automatically sent to major search engines.
Therefore, your page should be ranked on the top ten results of search engines.
If your page is not ranked on the top ten of search engines then you should
Improve your page by editing it.
UKscreen pages, however, can't be sent automatically to Web directories like yahoo, looksmart
and others, as these directories are run by humans. Therefore, if you want your page to be listed
on Yahoo and other directories, then you must post it manually, After which a Yahoo personnel will
visit your page and consider it for listing.

site zeal.com . Here you have to be a member first, click on
http://www.zeal.com/users/become_a_zealot.jhtml to join then suggest your page for listing.
3. Open directory: Another important directory. Go to Open directory and click on Add URL

page before you submit it and follow the submission instructions carefully.
If it's not listed in 3-4 months then try again.
