THE BILLIONAIRESS WHO BOUGHT THE SPELLING MANSION

This is Petra Ecclestone, the 22-year-old  fashion designer and billionairess who has just bought Candy Spelling’s monstrous mansion which has been on the market for two years priced at $150 million.
Although she is believed to have paid less than $100 million, Petra can easily afford it because her dad, Bernie Ecclestone, is the CEO of Formula One Management and has an estimated worth of $4 billion.
Known as The Manor, the home is the largest in Los Angeles County at 56,500 square feet. Built in 1991 to the Spellings’ specifications, the estate has a bowling alley, beauty salon,  gift-wrapping rooms and parking for 100 cars.
