Why is there never any acting work for younger people? (I purposely didn’t use kids) When i was ringing around everywhere trying to get an agent, neally everywhere I rang said ‘No, we don’t take under 16’s’. I mean, whats with that? The younger generation is going to be the next generation of adults, so surely we should be getting all the help we can in any profession, be it medical (which im aiming for), teaching, public services etc and especially the dramatics (acting)…
No wonder many people who have the potencial to make it to the big time never make it! I know many people who can sing better that all the singers around now put together, but where ever they rang , they was basically told the same as me, but with alot more bulls**t added in. What is going on? Surely younger people should have alot more help than is being offered!
