Do you use CastWeb?

I’m signed up to most of the on-line actor’s bulletins, but not CastWeb.
They don’t appear to have actor profiles, just daily email updates – so I have no way of checking as to what quality their site/information is…
Have you used them? Would you recommend them based on the choice of castings posted?
