Hello all,
I’m based in Waltham Forest and would like to develop and establish a Waltham Forest Film Office. The objective is to create a department/collective for film production in the borough of Waltham Forest for filmmakers to access and direct new scriptwriters material.
A website has been designed to let members know where to go and who to talk to with regards to exisitng projects (scripts) and existing materials (talented crew, actors and equipment).
“NewWriters” is building towards commission and funding, but will also forage ahead with organized and scheduled development to support low/no budget filming sequences (in the instance of weekend shoots and shorts).
There is a wealth of underused talent in London and particularly the borough of Waltham Forest – it would not be too hard to make a name for yourself.

The layout is already prepared all that is required are a few deidicated film makers and enthusiasts. I believe it can happen sooner than you think so this is a messge to you to make yourselves known.
