Dexter's Michael C Hall treated for cancer
The star of the Ameican TV drama Dexter, Michael C Hall, has revealed that he’s coming to the end of a series of treatment for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and the condition is now in remission.
In a statement, the actor said he felt fortunate to have been diagnosed with an imminently treatable and curable condition and he thanked his doctors and nurses for their expertise and care.
The thirty eight year old says he will be well enough to attend the Golden Globe awards ceremony in Los Angeles on Sunday, where he is nominated in the Best TV Actor in a Drama category for his role as a serial killer with a moral compass in Dexter.
His spokesman says he will be filming a fifth series of the show later this year.
